Greg Hagen

Greg Hagen was named Operations Manager in 2022. 

In his current role, Greg ensures our Operations Team are working efficiently and effectively to meet the day-to-day needs of our customers and provide the highest quality service. He believes details, taking ownership and good communication are what ensure quality service and strengthen customer relationships. As Operations Manager, he oversees our entire Operations Team including Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Coordinators, Warehouse & Parts personnel. Greg also provides support to our customer base, Account Executives, Project Executives, and is a leader on the Safety Committee.

Greg originally joined PSR Mechanical in 2015 as a Service Support Advisor, was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2018, and then Service Manager in 2021. He continues to support and facilitate many of those responsibilities today. Greg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Central Washington University and spent time in the Electrical industry as a project manager before coming to PSR Mechanical.
