Dan Abell

Dan Abell became President in 2024. 

Dan Abell brings over 25 years of experience in HVAC, facility operations, and energy management, with a proven track record supporting partners across the commercial, industrial, government, mixed-use, and residential sectors.

Before joining PSR Mechanical, Dan was with Tolin Mechanical, a Service Logic-owned HVAC service business, where he held various leadership roles from 2005 to 2024 in the company’s Mid-Atlantic branch. His positions included Facility Supervisor, Operations Manager, and General Manager.

Earlier in his career, Dan worked in engineering and engineering management at Hines, a global real estate investment manager, from 1997 to 2005. He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 2003.
